Andrew Insurance Associates and the Greater Powell Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a “Lunch and Learn” to present information on the compliance issues of the Affordable Care Act.
 
Carletta Murnane, from the U.S. Department of Labor will be speaking and advising us on plan documents, notices, and plan reporting that will be needed for these audits.
 
Matt Yuskewich, from Winterset CPA will be talking about the government reporting and forms the will be required, and helping us to understand who needs to provide these and which forms to use.
 
Clint Carter from TASC will be explaining the Summary Plan Description document which is the key document required by the Department of Labor.
