Open to residents of Delaware, Knox, Marion & Morrow counties. Accepting flammables, toxics or poisons, corrosives, and reactive materials, ammunition (50 caliber or less), scrap tires, electronics, TV's, and fluorescent bulbs. No paint. See flyer for acceptable and unacceptable items.
