The Women's Club of Powell continues its theme of Empowerment: Developing a Better Understanding of Ourselves with the February 9th program: "Historic Bridal Gowns." Join us as we welcome Gayle Strege, the curator of The Ohio State University's Historic Costume and Textile Collection. She will treat us to a walk down memory lane and a look into weddings past. All Women's Club of Powell meetings take place the second Monday of the month at 7pm in the Powell United Methodist Church at 825 E. Olentangy Street (Powell Road, west of Route 315), Powell, OH, September through May. All women in the Powell and surrounding area are invited.
