Certified personal fitness training for beginners to seasoned athletes, and specializing in corrective exercise to address posture, balance, joint mobility and past injury issues. A fitness program is customized to meet the goals of the individual, providing guidance to achieve proper exercise body movement and form, safe range of motion, and knowledge of muscle groups. The program will keep pace with the individual's journey to improve fitness, and evolve as the individual progresses in joint flexibility, muscle strength and stamina.
Training sessions are conducted in a spacious, clean and well equipped home gym, void of the distraction and judgement sometimes associated with the "big box" fitness centers. Training time availability is extremely flexible, and designed to compliment an individual's work/life balance. Sessions are one hour in length, and can be purchased individually or in discount package deals.
